Profile
Following the obtention of a Ph.D. in social psychology from the University of Montreal, I have assisted more than 100 teams and organizations of different sizes in their quest to become more productive, innovative and human. Thanks to this approach [that shared leadership is], my clients are better able to harness team members’ collective intelligence and engagement and, achieve common goals.
I am the author of seven books on shared leadership, eight webinars on the mobilization of virtual teams, fourteen podcasts as well as more than 50 articles produced for a blog (2008-2013) and for the journal des Femmes en affaires (Women in business).
My clients are managers, directors and team leaders from all sectors of economic activity: health and social services, manufacturing, education, communications, public services, and can be found in Quebec, Canada and Europe.
I collaborate at different times with the education community such as: HEC Montreal, HEC Paris, University of Ottawa, McGill Leadership Institute, University of Moncton, University of Sherbrooke and Collège La Cité.
