With a doctorate in social psychology, I have held frontline leadership roles—serving as a board chair and director—and have provided guidance to CEOs as well as senior and middle managers.

This dual experience—combining strategic insight with hands-on action—shapes an approach to shared leadership that accounts for the concrete realities of organizations. It ensures my interventions are human-centric, pragmatic, and results-oriented.

I work with small, medium, and large organizations—both for-profit and non-profit—across Quebec, the rest of Canada, and Europe, delivering conferences, workshops, and strategic guidance.

My interventions aim to transform intentions into sustainable practices, whether it is strengthening the cohesion of a management team, supporting co-responsibility or increasing initiative in complex contexts.

This approach is based on extensive experience working with organizations of varying sizes and sectors.

The supported environments include CIUSSS, GMF, faculties of medicine, pharmaceutical companies, colleges, universities, aeronautical manufacturing companies, as well as organizations working in the environment, reception-immigration and community development.

Publications and Outreach

Author of seven books on shared leadership , I have also designed webinars on mobilizing virtual teams and written more than 50 articles published on my blog as well as in the Women in Business journal.

These achievements pursue the same mission: to make leadership more collective, more mobilizing and more rooted in action.

My latest book, written with my son Maxence Bernier, focuses on the development of personal leadership, particularly through work on mental posture and the ability to actively contribute to organizational and community life.
